The following group rates are available during the dates of our conference. This pricing also is available three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis.
"Run of the House" guestrooms -- $289.00

If you wish to guarantee an upgraded room type (based on availability), the following charges, per night, are in addition to the "run of the house" rate listed above:

Premier Room -- $80.00

Studio Suite -- $150.00
Homestead Executive Suite -- $250,00
Luxury Landmark Suite -- $275.00 + additional bedroom
Luxury Presidents Suite -- $400.00 + additional bedroom
All room rates are per room, per night. State and local taxes (currently 14.3%) are in addition.
Additional important Information
The resort charge added to all rooms is $39 per room, per night. This includes use of the fitness center and indoor pool, access to the family pool complex, in-room coffee, nightly movies, Southern Social Hour, wired and wireless internet connectivity in guest room and public space, and on-property transportation.
Room rates are subject to 14.3% tax
Early departure fees -- If a guest departs prior to the reserved checkout date, the Resort will add an early departure fee equal to one night room and tax. To avoid this charge, please advise the Resort at or before check-in of any changes in the planned length of stay.
The cutoff for AESC group reservations is Friday, June 25, 2021 at 5 p.m Eastern time.
Reservation guarantee -- A deposit of one night's room and tax is required at the time of reservation. Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival or "no-shows" will forfeit the deposit.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests for late check-out should be directed to the Front Desk of the hotel once you are registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applied.
AESC attendees will receive a 10% discount on spa services and golf green fees.

The AESC has reserved rooms at the Omni Homestead Resort for your benefit. Reserve your accommodations early for the best chance of getting your first choice, as the number of rooms held is limited and, of course, the hotel certainly could sell-out all of their rooms at any time. By making housing reservations within the AESC room block at the Homestead, you receive a substantial discount on the price of your accommodations
As is true for all groups who negotiate special discounted pricing for conference attendees, the American Eye Study Club has signed a contract with the Homestead Resort that "guarantees" a certain number of hotel rooms will be booked during the dates of our meeting. If we do not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the Club faces huge financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms. This potentially can cost all members. By staying at the Homestead instead of other off-property accommodations, you help the Club to meet its obligations and you experience the camaraderie that is a significant part of being a member of the American Eye Study Club!
