The following "upgraded" accommodations are available . . .
Coastline View -- $469.00 per night
Ocean View -- $649.00 per night

Please note that the regular rate for a King bed "garden view" is $779 per night!  A "coastline view" room is $999.  So the Club group rate represents a substantial discount.

Book Within the AESC Room Block at the Ritz-Carlton!

The AESC has reserved rooms at the Ritz-Carlton for your benefit.  Reserve your accommodations early for the best chance of getting your first choice, as the number of rooms held is limited.  By making housing reservations within the AESC room block at the Ritz, you receive a substantial discount on the price of your accommodations

As is true for all groups who negotiate special discounted pricing for conference attendees, the American Eye Study Club has signed a contract with the Ritz-Carlton that "guarantees" a certain number of hotel rooms will be booked during the dates of our meeting. If we do not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the Club faces huge financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.  This potentially can cost all members.  By staying at the Ritz-Carlton instead of other off-property accommodations, you are helping the Club to meet its obligations and you experience the camaraderie that is a significant part of being a member of the American Eye Study Club!
