Reservation methods

The hotel has set up a special website for AESC members make reservations.  However, it is suggested that if you have special requests, such as adjoining rooms, you may want to call the toll-free group reservations number, to assure that appropriate accommodations are available.

Note -- At this point in time, because of very strong attendance anticipated this year, we recommend that you call the toll-free number below to book your hotel rooms.  The hotel is adding rooms to our housing block, but it is possible the online system might not be totally updated.  To assure getting the group rates, it's probably best to speak to a hotel group reservation agent.

If you have any problems with your hotel reservations or need assistance with changes or special requests, please contact Kathy Paul at the AESC office -- 847-680-1666 or by email:  [email protected]
